This policy explains what information Ninja Arcade handles when you use ninjaarcade.xyz, why, and what control you have over it. It is written for a static website that stores preferences in your browser and may display third-party advertising.

The short version
- We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name or email to play.
- Your theme, sound setting, favourites, recently played list and high scores are stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

- We do not sell personal information.
Information stored in your browser
These games use localStorage, which keeps small values on your device. Nothing
stored this way is transmitted to a server:

You can clear all of it at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings. Doing so also deletes your high scores, because we hold no copy of them.
Information we receive automatically
Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is standard server log processing performed by the host.
Analytics
If the site owner enables an analytics provider, this section must name it and link to its privacy policy. As shipped, no analytics script is included in these pages.
Advertising
Ninja Arcade is designed to be funded by advertising. Where advertising is enabled, an advertising provider may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and — if you have consented where consent is required — to personalise them. Those partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect and their own privacy policies apply.
If Google AdSense is used, Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's advertising policies, and personalised advertising can be managed at Google My Ad Center.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data, and to object to it. Because this site does not maintain user accounts or a customer database, most requests are satisfied by clearing your browser storage — but if you have sent us an email, you can ask us to delete that correspondence by writing to {{OWNER_EMAIL}}.
For data held by advertising partners, requests must be directed to those partners, who act as their own controllers.
Children
Ninja Arcade is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This is a static site: there is no login, no user database and no payment processing, which removes most categories of risk. Pages should be served over HTTPS.
