Ninja Arcade is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play the games and read the articles as much as you like. You may not:

Intellectual property
All games, source code, artwork, audio, layout and written content on this site are original works owned by the site operator, except where explicitly credited otherwise. The Ninja Arcade name and logo are the operator's marks.
Ninja Arcade's games are original creations. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from any existing game, franchise, studio or publisher, and any resemblance in genre conventions is exactly that — genre convention.
Your content
If you send feedback, a bug report or a suggestion, you grant the operator permission to use it to improve the site without obligation or compensation. Do not send anything you consider confidential.
Availability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may add, change or remove games and content at any time without notice.
Saved data and high scores
High scores, favourites and preferences are stored in your browser only. We keep no copy and cannot restore them. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, switching browser or switching device will lose them, and that is not a fault in the site.
